Refund Policy

If you have mistakenly ordered an item we can cancel and refund you if the item has not yet been dispatched. If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange this must be done within 14 days of delivery. You must email us within 7 days of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund. Unless an item is faulty the cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility.

Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. If you have received an incorrect item, items which are damaged or missing then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

In the event of missing items due to damaged packaging then please submit photographs and the package weight to allow us to submit a claim with the carrier. We are always willing to help and want to give you the best customer service possible so keep that in mind as our main aim is to leave you being satisfied with not only our products but also our service.
